# Droppath Route Planner vs Delivery Route Planner

The clearest difference is monetization model: Delivery Route Planner at free with in-app purchases against Droppath Route Planner's subscription. Delivery Route Planner also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (78% vs 54%). Droppath Route Planner's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 4 weeks) and chart position (#174 vs unranked). On price, rating, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Droppath Route Planner sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Delivery Route Planner sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Droppath Route Planner holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1.5K and 1.7K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 54% of Droppath Route Planner's written reviews are positive against 78% of Delivery Route Planner's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Droppath Route Planner ships an update weekly, Delivery Route Planner every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
