# Buona vs Pub 47

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Buona at 15K against Pub 47's 3. Pub 47's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Buona against 4.7 for Pub 47. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Buona has 15K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Buona ships an update every 2 months, Pub 47 fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
