# Buona vs Donatis

The clearest difference is update cadence: Donatis at every 9 days against Buona's every 2 months. Donatis also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Buona's advantage is ratings volume (15K vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Donatis holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Buona has 15K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Buona ships an update every 2 months, Donatis every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
