# Task vs Renewo

The clearest difference is price: Renewo at Free against Task's $0.99. Renewo also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). Task's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Renewo is free to download; Task costs $0.99 up front. Task sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Renewo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Task ships an update every 2 months, Renewo every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
