# PapiBlocks vs PinOut!

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: PapiBlocks at none against PinOut!'s 1. PapiBlocks also leads on iOS requirement (6.0 vs 13.0). PinOut!'s advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 22 months) and ratings volume (7.1K vs 4). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PinOut! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. PapiBlocks asks for nothing beyond the download.

PinOut! holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PinOut! has 7.1K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 67% and 67% positive.

PapiBlocks ships an update every 22 months, PinOut! every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
