# Stopwatch‰ vs StudyLap

The clearest difference is ads: StudyLap at none against Stopwatch‰'s shown. StudyLap also leads on update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 6 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 87%). Stopwatch‰'s advantage is ratings volume (32K vs 2). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Stopwatch‰ against 5.0 for StudyLap.
