# RadioBOLD vs 101.5 WPDH

The clearest difference is review sentiment: RadioBOLD at 100% against 101.5 WPDH's 20%. RadioBOLD also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). 101.5 WPDH's advantage is ratings volume (306 vs 11) and rating (4.4 vs 4.2). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

101.5 WPDH holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 101.5 WPDH has 306 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of RadioBOLD's written reviews are positive against 20% of 101.5 WPDH's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
