# Trulia Rentals vs Condos Only

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Condos Only at 91% against Trulia Rentals's 47%. Condos Only also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 18.0). Trulia Rentals's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.3) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 22 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Trulia Rentals holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Trulia Rentals has 308K ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of Trulia Rentals's written reviews are positive against 91% of Condos Only's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Trulia Rentals ships an update every 9 days, Condos Only every 22 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
