# Trulia Rentals vs BRG Apts

The clearest difference is review sentiment: BRG Apts at 80% against Trulia Rentals's 47%. BRG Apts also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.0). Trulia Rentals's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (308K vs 551). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Trulia Rentals holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Trulia Rentals has 308K ratings behind it against 551, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of Trulia Rentals's written reviews are positive against 80% of BRG Apts's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Trulia Rentals ships an update every 9 days, BRG Apts every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
