# Booker Mobile vs SalonCentric

The clearest difference is rating: SalonCentric at 4.8 against Booker Mobile's 3.9. SalonCentric also leads on ratings volume (37K vs 889). Booker Mobile's advantage is review sentiment (49% vs 13%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SalonCentric holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SalonCentric has 37K ratings behind it against 889, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of Booker Mobile's written reviews are positive against 13% of SalonCentric's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Booker Mobile ships an update every 3 weeks, SalonCentric monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
