# Focus Wheel vs Mindvalley

The clearest difference is rating: Mindvalley at 4.8 against Focus Wheel's 3.8. Mindvalley also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 56 months) and ratings volume (7.1K vs 29). Focus Wheel's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 16) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mindvalley sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per 7 days. Focus Wheel asks for nothing beyond the download.

Mindvalley holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mindvalley has 7.1K ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of Focus Wheel's written reviews are positive against 73% of Mindvalley's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Focus Wheel ships an update every 56 months, Mindvalley weekly. Both last shipped on October 23, 2026.
