# Starr Aviation vs Flight Schedule Pro

The clearest difference is rating: Flight Schedule Pro at 3.6 against Starr Aviation's 3.0. Flight Schedule Pro also leads on ratings volume (542 vs 4) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 3 months). Starr Aviation's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Flight Schedule Pro holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flight Schedule Pro has 542 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Starr Aviation's written reviews are positive against 39% of Flight Schedule Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Starr Aviation ships an update every 3 months, Flight Schedule Pro every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
