# Adelaide Crows Official App vs Play AFL

The clearest difference is rating: Adelaide Crows Official App at 4.7 against Play AFL's 4.2. Adelaide Crows Official App also leads on ratings volume (65 vs 13). Play AFL's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Adelaide Crows Official App holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Adelaide Crows Official App has 65 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of Adelaide Crows Official App's written reviews are positive against 65% of Play AFL's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
