Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
4WarnMe KFOR Weather holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 4WarnMe KFOR Weather has 3.1K ratings behind it against 134, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of 4WarnMe KFOR Weather's written reviews are positive against 22% of WDRB Weather's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
4WarnMe KFOR Weather ships an update every 3 months, WDRB Weather every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
