# QuestLord vs The Quest

The clearest difference is rating: The Quest at 5.0 against QuestLord's 4.6. The Quest also leads on price ($2.99 vs $5.99) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 8 months). QuestLord's advantage is ratings volume (167 vs 4) and chart position (#129 vs unranked). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

QuestLord costs $5.99 and The Quest $2.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

The Quest holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: QuestLord has 167 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

QuestLord ships an update every 8 months, The Quest every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
