# Major Auto vs EXIST

The clearest difference is rating: EXIST at 4.5 against Major Auto's 3.6. EXIST also leads on ratings volume (281 vs 7). Major Auto's advantage is review sentiment (27% vs 8%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EXIST holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EXIST has 281 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of Major Auto's written reviews are positive against 8% of EXIST's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Major Auto ships an update every 6 weeks, EXIST monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
