# FIBARO for iPhone vs Hubitat

The clearest difference is rating: FIBARO for iPhone at 3.0 against Hubitat's 2.8. FIBARO for iPhone also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.1). Hubitat's advantage is ratings volume (168 vs 24). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FIBARO for iPhone holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hubitat has 168 ratings behind it against 24, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of FIBARO for iPhone's written reviews are positive against 28% of Hubitat's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
