# Baker HVAC Pro+ vs ClimateMaster Skyport

The clearest difference is update cadence: Baker HVAC Pro+ at monthly against ClimateMaster Skyport's every 8 months. Baker HVAC Pro+ also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and ratings volume (587 vs 20). ClimateMaster Skyport's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 85%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Baker HVAC Pro+ holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Baker HVAC Pro+ has 587 ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 85% of Baker HVAC Pro+'s written reviews are positive against 100% of ClimateMaster Skyport's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Baker HVAC Pro+ ships an update monthly, ClimateMaster Skyport every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
