# 80s Radio+ vs FLASHBACK FM

The clearest difference is ratings volume: 80s Radio+ at 5K against FLASHBACK FM's 2. 80s Radio+ also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.5) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

80s Radio+ holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 80s Radio+ has 5K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

80s Radio+ ships an update every 3 months, FLASHBACK FM every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
