# Length vs Timekept

The clearest difference is update cadence: Timekept at every 2 months against Length's every 11 months. Length's advantage is price ($0.99 vs $2.99) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 26.0). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Length costs $0.99 and Timekept $2.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Length ships an update every 11 months, Timekept every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 14, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
