# Brewee vs Founders Brewing Co.

The clearest difference is rating: Brewee at 4.8 against Founders Brewing Co.'s 3.7. Brewee also leads on ratings volume (639 vs 27) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Brewee holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Brewee has 639 ratings behind it against 27, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of Brewee's written reviews are positive against 75% of Founders Brewing Co.'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Brewee ships an update every 2 weeks, Founders Brewing Co. every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
