# Pelco Mobile™ vs HID Reader Manager

The clearest difference is rating: HID Reader Manager at 2.6 against Pelco Mobile™'s 1.7. Pelco Mobile™'s advantage is review sentiment (23% vs 12%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

HID Reader Manager holds the better App Store score, 2.6 against 1.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 46 and 26 respectively.
