# 中国电信 vs 扫描翻译大师

The clearest difference is review sentiment: 扫描翻译大师 at 90% against 中国电信's 51%. 扫描翻译大师 also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). 中国电信's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 扫描翻译大师 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. 中国电信 asks for nothing beyond the download.

中国电信 holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 中国电信 has 7.1K ratings behind it against 24, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of 中国电信's written reviews are positive against 90% of 扫描翻译大师's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

中国电信 ships an update every 2 months, 扫描翻译大师 every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
