# nemlig vs City2

The clearest difference is ads: nemlig at none against City2's shown. nemlig also leads on ratings volume (276 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). City2's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

City2 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: nemlig has 276 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

nemlig ships an update every 2 weeks, City2 every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
