# My WebDAV vs File Manager

The clearest difference is rating: File Manager at 4.5 against My WebDAV's 1.0. File Manager also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (98 vs 2). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. My WebDAV sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and File Manager sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

File Manager holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: File Manager has 98 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 68% of My WebDAV's written reviews are positive against 84% of File Manager's.

My WebDAV ships an update every 2 months, File Manager every 4 months. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
