# Tiny Calendar vs Calendar Op.2

The clearest difference is monetization model: Calendar Op.2 at free with in-app purchases against Tiny Calendar's subscription. Calendar Op.2 also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). Tiny Calendar's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 26.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ratings volume there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tiny Calendar sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per 7 days and Calendar Op.2 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Tiny Calendar against 4.7 for Calendar Op.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 21K and 13K respectively. Written reviews are what separate them: 76% of Tiny Calendar's written reviews are positive against 69% of Calendar Op.2's.
