# Tiny Calendar vs SimpleCal

The clearest difference is monetization model: SimpleCal at free with in-app purchases against Tiny Calendar's subscription. SimpleCal also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (85% vs 76%). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.
