# Tiny Calendar vs School DelayZz

The clearest difference is monetization model: School DelayZz at free with in-app purchases against Tiny Calendar's subscription. School DelayZz also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Tiny Calendar's advantage is ratings volume (21K vs 14) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tiny Calendar sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per 7 days and School DelayZz sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

School DelayZz holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tiny Calendar has 21K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 76% of Tiny Calendar's written reviews are positive against 83% of School DelayZz's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
