# Wheel it Off vs The Asphalt App

The clearest difference is price: The Asphalt App at Free against Wheel it Off's $299.99. The Asphalt App also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 84%). Wheel it Off's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.0) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 24 months). On ads, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

The Asphalt App is free to download; Wheel it Off costs $299.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Wheel it Off holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wheel it Off has 46 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 84% of Wheel it Off's written reviews are positive against 100% of The Asphalt App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
