# HRa Mobile vs Connect TV Remote

The clearest difference is rating: Connect TV Remote at 4.6 against HRa Mobile's 2.0. Connect TV Remote also leads on ratings volume (2.2K vs 1) and chart position (#141 vs unranked). HRa Mobile's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 9%) and in-app purchases (none vs 11). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Connect TV Remote sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. HRa Mobile asks for nothing beyond the download.

Connect TV Remote holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Connect TV Remote has 2.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of HRa Mobile's written reviews are positive against 9% of Connect TV Remote's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

HRa Mobile ships an update every 6 weeks, Connect TV Remote monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
