# Snake' vs Type Invaders

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Type Invaders at none against Snake''s 1. Snake''s advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Snake' sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Type Invaders asks for nothing beyond the download.

Snake' ships an update fortnightly, Type Invaders every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
