# RespiRelax+ vs FLiiP app

The clearest difference is rating: FLiiP app at 5.0 against RespiRelax+'s 4.1. FLiiP app also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks). RespiRelax+'s advantage is review sentiment (70% vs 37%) and ratings volume (16 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FLiiP app holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RespiRelax+ has 16 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of RespiRelax+'s written reviews are positive against 37% of FLiiP app's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RespiRelax+ ships an update every 3 weeks, FLiiP app every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
