# WH Question Cards vs Autism iHelp

The clearest difference is rating: Autism iHelp at 3.4 against WH Question Cards's 2.9. Autism iHelp also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (8.2 vs 13.6). WH Question Cards's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 26 months) and review sentiment (41% vs 25%). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WH Question Cards sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Autism iHelp sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Autism iHelp holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 2.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 27 and 18 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of WH Question Cards's written reviews are positive against 25% of Autism iHelp's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WH Question Cards ships an update every 2 months, Autism iHelp every 26 months. Both last shipped on November 2, 2026.
