# Einstein™ Brain Training vs IQ Boost

Einstein™ Brain Training and IQ Boost both sit at 4.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 86% of Einstein™ Brain Training's written reviews are positive against 13% of IQ Boost's. Einstein™ Brain Training also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ads (none vs shown). IQ Boost's advantage is price (Free vs $2.99) and ratings volume (53K vs 26). On rating, update cadence, chart position and device support there is nothing between them.

IQ Boost is free to download; Einstein™ Brain Training costs $2.99 up front. IQ Boost sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Einstein™ Brain Training asks for nothing beyond the download.

IQ Boost holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IQ Boost has 53K ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of Einstein™ Brain Training's written reviews are positive against 13% of IQ Boost's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Einstein™ Brain Training ships an update every 2 months, IQ Boost every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
