# Einstein™ Brain Training vs ExerSight

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Einstein™ Brain Training at 86% against ExerSight's 0%. Einstein™ Brain Training also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 6) and ratings volume (26 vs 1). ExerSight's advantage is price (Free vs $2.99) and rating (5.0 vs 4.3). On update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

ExerSight is free to download; Einstein™ Brain Training costs $2.99 up front. ExerSight sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Einstein™ Brain Training asks for nothing beyond the download.

ExerSight holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Einstein™ Brain Training has 26 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of Einstein™ Brain Training's written reviews are positive against 0% of ExerSight's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
