# Accupass vs pixsee

The clearest difference is review sentiment: pixsee at 68% against Accupass's 17%. Accupass's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 3.9) and in-app purchases (none vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. pixsee sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Accupass asks for nothing beyond the download.

Accupass holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Accupass has 450 ratings behind it against 42, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of Accupass's written reviews are positive against 68% of pixsee's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Accupass ships an update monthly, pixsee every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
