# Accupass vs Diving x

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Diving x at 72% against Accupass's 17%. Diving x also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). Accupass's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 2.0) and ratings volume (449 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Accupass holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Accupass has 449 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of Accupass's written reviews are positive against 72% of Diving x's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Accupass ships an update monthly, Diving x every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
