# BuildTools 2.0 vs Bosch MeasureOn

The clearest difference is rating: Bosch MeasureOn at 4.1 against BuildTools 2.0's 2.7. Bosch MeasureOn also leads on ratings volume (535 vs 6). BuildTools 2.0's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 7) and review sentiment (33% vs 12%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bosch MeasureOn sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. BuildTools 2.0 asks for nothing beyond the download.

Bosch MeasureOn holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bosch MeasureOn has 535 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of BuildTools 2.0's written reviews are positive against 12% of Bosch MeasureOn's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
