# Ape Punch vs Walk Master

The clearest difference is rating: Walk Master at 4.7 against Ape Punch's 3.0. Walk Master also leads on ratings volume (27K vs 10) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 8 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ape Punch sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Walk Master sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Walk Master holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Walk Master has 27K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 67% of Ape Punch's written reviews are positive against 76% of Walk Master's.

Ape Punch ships an update every 8 months, Walk Master every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
