# 14ers.com vs RFTA Mobile Tickets

The clearest difference is rating: 14ers.com at 4.9 against RFTA Mobile Tickets's 3.5. 14ers.com also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 17 months). RFTA Mobile Tickets's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.6). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

14ers.com holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 14ers.com has 1.4K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 93% of 14ers.com's written reviews are positive against 100% of RFTA Mobile Tickets's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

14ers.com ships an update every 2 months, RFTA Mobile Tickets every 17 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
