# 聊聊 vs 初见

The clearest difference is rating: 聊聊 at 4.7 against 初见's 4.0. 聊聊 also leads on ratings volume (56 vs 5). 初见's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 3 weeks) and review sentiment (67% vs 50%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 聊聊 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and 初见 sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

聊聊 holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 聊聊 has 56 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of 聊聊's written reviews are positive against 67% of 初见's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

聊聊 ships an update every 3 weeks, 初见 daily. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
