# Oneida Dispatch vs The Post

The clearest difference is review sentiment: The Post at 56% against Oneida Dispatch's 17%. The Post also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.6K vs 31). Oneida Dispatch's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.3) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Oneida Dispatch sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month and The Post sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $24.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Oneida Dispatch holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: The Post has 1.6K ratings behind it against 31, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of Oneida Dispatch's written reviews are positive against 56% of The Post's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Oneida Dispatch ships an update monthly, The Post every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
