# RetailMeNot vs Bakell®

RetailMeNot and Bakell® both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Bakell®'s written reviews are positive against 41% of RetailMeNot's. Bakell® also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and device support (3 vs 1). RetailMeNot's advantage is ratings volume (543K vs 28) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for RetailMeNot against 5.0 for Bakell®. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RetailMeNot has 543K ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two.
