# Powder Game vs Beast Talk

The clearest difference is update cadence: Beast Talk at every 5 days against Powder Game's every 6 weeks. Beast Talk also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.5). Powder Game's advantage is ratings volume (2.2K vs 16) and review sentiment (85% vs 75%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Beast Talk holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Powder Game has 2.2K ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 85% of Powder Game's written reviews are positive against 75% of Beast Talk's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Powder Game ships an update every 6 weeks, Beast Talk every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
