# Landscape Pro Estimator vs Fext

The clearest difference is price: Fext at Free against Landscape Pro Estimator's $1.99. Fext also leads on rating (4.0 vs 1.0) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 21 months). Landscape Pro Estimator's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 16) and review sentiment (33% vs 24%). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Fext is free to download; Landscape Pro Estimator costs $1.99 up front. Fext sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Landscape Pro Estimator asks for nothing beyond the download.

Fext holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fext has 551 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Landscape Pro Estimator's written reviews are positive against 24% of Fext's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Landscape Pro Estimator ships an update every 21 months, Fext every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
