# AnyList vs TaskTabs

The clearest difference is update cadence: TaskTabs at every 3 days against AnyList's every 3 weeks. AnyList's advantage is ratings volume (81K vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AnyList sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and TaskTabs sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for AnyList against 5.0 for TaskTabs. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AnyList has 81K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

AnyList ships an update every 3 weeks, TaskTabs every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
