# Cloud vs BookIT Connect

The clearest difference is rating: BookIT Connect at 5.0 against Cloud's 4.0. BookIT Connect also leads on ratings volume (10 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.2 vs 15.5). Cloud's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BookIT Connect holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BookIT Connect has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Cloud ships an update every 2 weeks, BookIT Connect every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
