The clearest difference is update cadence: Screen Time Control at every 2 weeks against Cherkalka's every 2 months. Screen Time Control also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and review sentiment (100% vs 90%). Cherkalka's advantage is ratings volume (21 vs 3) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 17.0).
