# TimeKeeper vs Shiftify

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Shiftify at 94% against TimeKeeper's 43%. Shiftify also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.1) and ratings volume (457 vs 39). TimeKeeper's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TimeKeeper sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Shiftify sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Shiftify holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shiftify has 457 ratings behind it against 39, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 43% of TimeKeeper's written reviews are positive against 94% of Shiftify's.

TimeKeeper ships an update every 11 days, Shiftify every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
