# Hart EMC vs DIPTS

The clearest difference is rating: DIPTS at 5.0 against Hart EMC's 3.1. Hart EMC's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 26.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DIPTS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hart EMC has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
